Ana Fabrega

Ana Fabrega is an actor, writer, and comedian. She is the co-creator, co-writer, and star of the HBO hit Spanish language comedy series LOS ESPOOKYS, alongside Julio Torres. The highly anticipated second season will return on September 16th, in which Ana is also a showrunner and directed episodes 5 and 6 of the upcoming season. Ana stars as “Tati”, an unpredictable, seemingly naïve, and heads-in-the-clouds character.

 

Most recently, Ana appeared in the Plan B/Warner Bros./HBO Max remake of FATHER OF THE BRIDE, written by Matt Lopez and directed by Gaz Alazraki, starring Andy Garcia and Gloria Estefan. Ana also sold an animated feature, ZIPER, with Julio Torres to Sony Animation with Rodney Rothman and Adam Rosenberg producing. 

 

Ana has appeared as one of Vulture’s 38 Comedians You Should and Will Know. Her comedy has also been chosen for Just For Laughs’ 2017 “New Faces: Characters” and for Comedy Central’s “Comics to Watch” for the 2016 New York Comedy Festival. Previously, Ana wrote and frequently appeared on TruTV’s THE CHRIS GETHARD SHOW and Hulu’s HISTORY OF THE WORLD PART II. Other television credits include IFC’s Portlandia, TruTV’s At Home With Amy Sedaris, and HBO’s High Maintenance.
